  1. Room with bathtub is the best!!!! Room no smell and just deco a bit old. The maintenance guy fast service after we called to the reception and told regarding the bathtub issue. The window need to be clean. Free parking.

  2. Disappointing Customer Service Experience

    During my recent stay at this hotel, I experienced a series of unfortunate and highly unprofessional interactions with one of the staff members at the front desk. Upon check-in, I was assigned the wrong room type (a single-bed room instead of the twin-bed room I had booked). When I called to address the issue, the staff member assured me she would send the correct room key to my floor. After waiting 20 minutes without any follow-up, I called again, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes. Eventually, she stopped answering my calls altogether.

    Frustrated, I went down to the front desk, where I found her assisting another guest. When it was finally my turn, she informed me that the hotel’s system was down and the room change couldn’t be processed. I asked how she was able to assist the guest before me, and she claimed their reservation had been pre-processed. I decided to wait at the desk until the system was operational. However, shortly after, I noticed her seamlessly assisting another guest, providing them with a room in under a minute.

    To make matters worse, after finally sending a service staff member to escort me to the correct room, my original room key was taken back, only for me to find her assisting yet another guest upon my return to the front desk. When I questioned her again about the system, she avoided answering altogether.

    This entire ordeal reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of this hotel’s staff. While I understand that technical issues can arise, the lack of communication, honesty, and prioritization of guests based on nationality or appearance is unacceptable. I strongly urge management to take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of this particular staff member to ensure all guests are treated with respect and fairness.

  3. We recently stayed at Wyndham Grand Hotel Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar) and, while we loved the room and its amenities, our experience with the hotel staff left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it was clear that the front desk staff were not properly trained, leading to a series of frustrating incidents.

    The booking process was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that our booking information was not in the system, resulting in a wait of at least half an hour for no apparent reason. I had requested connecting rooms during the booking process, and the front desk staff initially informed us that we needed to wait for the rooms to be prepared. However, after a long wait, they suddenly claimed there were no connecting rooms available, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

    To make matters worse, the hotel failed to keep proper track of our payment and accused us of not paying. As frequent travelers, we are fully aware of standard check-in procedures, including making payment in advance before being granted room access. This accusation was not only baseless but also highly offensive. It is shocking that a 5-star hotel could make such a mistake and treat its guests in such a manner.

    While the rooms themselves were excellent, the lack of organization and professionalism at the front desk significantly marred our stay. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it felt as though the hotel was trying to take advantage of its guests. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and improve staff training to avoid such unpleasant experiences for future guests.

  4. Room is fine despite some of the lightings not working. However there is no proper communications between your reservation team and room management team. One of our guests, whom we had arranged for late checkout at 6pm was asked to checkout before 1pm. Our guest had already confirmed with the hotel management but eventually to their records there isn’t any request for room checkout.

    Thus, our guest had to leave while we already paid for the late checkout fee.

  5. Affordable and worth the money for its comfortability. The room was clean and comfortable but can be improved for 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch, with a good variety of options. Parking was easy, enter with cashless entry, then just need to validate your payment method at the concierge and leave the hotel.
