We planned a wedding event over the weekend on 24 Nov 2024, and the entire experience dealing with W Hotel team was an absolute pleasure. Kudos to the salesperson we were dealing with, Kimberly! She was such a great help throughout the entire planning stage with her vast experience in managing weddings, a lot of great advises and fantastic client servicing as well. At the end of the wedding, our client commented that everything was done flawlessly, food was delicious, services were very good, banquet team was extremely professional, attentive and helpful.
My experience at W Hotel Kuala Lumpur was absolutely fantastic! The hotel perfectly embodies the energy of KL—modern, vibrant, and luxurious. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was flawless.
The room was sleek and spacious, with cutting-edge design and incredible views of the Petronas Towers right from the window! The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the in-room amenities were top-tier, adding to the overall luxury experience.
The dining options were a treat, especially breakfast, which had a diverse and delicious selection of both local and international cuisine. The rooftop pool and bar were the perfect spots to unwind, offering stunning city views and a lively atmosphere.
My friends from overseas often stay at this hotel when they visit Kuala Lumpur, so I’ve been there a few times myself. I’ve enjoyed drinks, food, and shisha at the poolside bar, checked out the rooms, and tried the hotel’s buffet restaurant—everything was stylish and impressive!
The kids played in the pool for about three hours, while the adults relaxed on the poolside sofas, keeping an eye on them and enjoying conversation, drinks, and snacks.
The food at the restaurant was so nice, and I was especially amazed by how fresh the sushi and seafood were. This hotel is truly top-notch!
W KL comes across as a target for the modern and younger audience with their playful cheeky theme focusing on striking beats and lights.
Room is immaculately neat and what works best with the room that I personally like – the sound system. Though it would be even better if the room is sound proof – as the noises of the traffic(cars and bikes) from the ground tend to seep into the room…so if you’re light sleeper, you might want to come prepared. The room has good AC as well and housekeeping checks in on you in the evening to replenish anything you may need or you may even request for turndown service. In-room Dining menu is quite good and comes in a jiffy as well. Overall service staff are hospitable and helpful.
This is my go to Hotel for all overseas visitors who visit me in Malaysia. It’s always been a jaw dropping experience for all my visitors as it has by far the best views of the twin towers.
I must say that previously the service at the wet deck was always an issue because of a shortage of staff but last night I had the best experience. They have increased their number of staff and the service was impeccable! My group was served by Shine who was extremely responsive to all our feedback and she acted on our feedback immediately by making sure we got our drinks replaced as we were not happy with the first round of drinks we ordered.
I have been a regular at this establishment and I must say that I was extremely happy with the improvements made! Kudos to the team at the wet deck and thanks to Shine for the great experience!
